AgileEngine is seeking a Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable systems for a product-led team. You will work with Java and/or Kotlin, Spring Boot, GraphQL, MongoDB Atlas, and Aurora MySQL on AWS.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend-focused software development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Take on lower-priority engineering work, including compliance, maintenance, cost-saving, observability, tooling.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable, performant, and reliable software systems.
• Contribute to system architecture and validate solutions with data and experimentation.
• Participate in code reviews and design reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners: engineers, product managers, data scientists, designers.
• Partner with a Product Manager and engineers to clarify requirements and perform mid-level design work, focusing on coding, testing, and documentation.
