• 5+ years of experience with Golang development in production environments.
• Proven experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of messaging systems such as Kafka or NATS.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, concurrency, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
