Solvo Global is seeking a highly analytical Paid Media Specialist to drive B2B lead generation and customer acquisition across the U.S. market.

The role is hands-on, managing 20+ active campaigns with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising, while leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize performance. You will own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting, with strong emphasis on ROAS, CPL, and CRO.

Formación

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong experience with Google Ads (Search Campaigns, Performance Max, bidding).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience targeting the U.S. market in B2B lead gen.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads.
• Own campaign strategy, execution, and performance from end to end.
• Manage audience targeting, keywords, bidding, and structure; run A/B tests for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Identify new opportunities to increase lead volume and improve performance.
• Monitor KPIs (Leads, CPL, CPC, CTR, CR, ROAS, ROI) and scale campaigns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights.
