Motherson Group, located in Buenos Aires, is seeking an experienced engineering professional to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will be responsible for creating process flow diagrams, conducting time studies, and implementing technical changes to enhance production efficiency.
The ideal candidate must possess a technical diploma or degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and have over 5 years of automotive experience. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and data analysis tools such as Power BI is essential.
Formación
- Minimum 5 years of automotive experience, with 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA.
- Prior knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Responsabilidades
- Create/update process flow diagrams and work instructions for new products.
- Implement technical changes and optimize production processes.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
