Formación

• 5+ years of auto finance management experience with OEM backgrounds.
• Knowledge of Argentine auto financing landscape and lending institutions.
• Fluency in English and native Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement floor plan and retail auto finance strategies for OEM sales in Argentina.
• Build and maintain relationships with local banks and lending partners.
• Train dealer sales teams on product knowledge, compliance, and ethics.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor financing solutions.
• Coordinate with OEM teams and dealerships to offer financing options.
• Study end-to-end auto finance process with banks: credit, docs, funding.
• Monitor portfolio performance and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant legal/regulatory changes in auto finance.
• Mitigate risk tied to wholesale financing (floorplan) for dealers.
• Prepare reports and forecasts on financial performance and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financing services.

We are seeking an experienced Auto Finance Coordinator with a strong background in OEM operations to lead our automotive financing initiatives in Argentina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing auto finance strategies, managing relationships with financial institutions, and supporting sales teams to maximize market penetration and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the Argentine automotive Finance landscape, including relationships with local banks, financial institutions, and a thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement floor plan and retail auto finance strategies to support OEM sales targets in Argentina.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local financial institutions, banks, and other lending partners.
• Conduct regular training sessions for dealer sales teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, and ethical standards.
• Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor financing solutions.
• Coordinate with OEM sales teams and dealerships to facilitate financing options for customers.
• Coordinate with the banks to study the end-to-end auto finance process, including credit approval, documentation, and funding.
• Coordinate with the banks to monitor portfolio performance, including delinquency rates, defaults, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on all relevant legal and regulatory changes affecting automotive finance.
• Mitigate risk related to wholesale financing (floorplan) for the dealer network.
• Prepare reports and forecasts on financial performance, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financing services and customer experience.
• Experiences with Saving Plan (plan de ahorro).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field. Master’s degree or postgraduate finance qualification is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in auto finance management with OEM automotive manufacturer backgrounds.

Technical skills

• Extensive knowledge of the Argentine automotive market, financial regulations, and lending institutions.
• Experience with digital financing platforms.
• Understanding of credit risk management and compliance.

Language

Native Spanish; Fluent English required (oral and written);

Soft skills

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
