Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en producción audiovisual y creación de contenido multimedia.
• Dominio de Adobe Creative Suite, especialmente After Effects y Premiere.

Staff Audiovisual Creator

You will support our Tax Technology at GDS Argentina and take the responsibility to build innovative video creations both for internal uses and for EY’s clients, proposing new ideas and being the EY branding guidelines subject-matter person.

The opportunity

We are looking for an Audiovisual Creator with a high level of creativity and technical expertise to bring our internal clients’ needs to life through compelling motion graphics, video editing, and multimedia content. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and enjoy pushing the boundaries of audiovisual design, this role is perfect for you!

Your key responsibilities

1. Collaborate with the Tax Technology team to understand messaging needs and produce high-quality video and motion graphics that enhance internal campaigns and communications.
2. Develop motion graphics, animated assets, and video content for a variety of internal marketing and communication materials.
3. Edit and enhance videos, ensuring high-quality cuts, smooth transitions, and engaging storytelling.
4. Apply color correction, keyframe animations, camera tracking, and compositional techniques to produce polished audiovisual pieces.
5. Ensure EY brand compliance in all multimedia content while maintaining creative freedom to innovate within guidelines.
6. Oversee the encoding, exporting, and optimization of audiovisual assets across multiple platforms.
7. Participate in client and team calls as necessary to understand requirements, provide creative insights, and refine deliverables.
8. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in motion graphics, video production, and audiovisual storytelling.
9. Comply with all learning requirements, CE credits, Risk Management, and general policies as applicable.

Skills and attributes for success

1. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
2. 3+ years of relevant experience in audiovisual production, motion graphics, or multimedia content creation.
3. A strong design portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, and design expertise.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with advanced skills in: After Effects (high level), Illustrator (mid-high level), Photoshop (mid level).
5. Understanding of motion graphics principles (high level).
6. Video editing skills including video trimming, sequencing, and storytelling (high level) & color correction and grading (mid level).
7. Graphic design knowledge to create well-balanced, visually compelling compositions.
8. Excellent team collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
9. A passion for innovation and audiovisual storytelling, constantly seeking new techniques and creative approaches.
10. Microsoft Office expertise is a must.
11. Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
12. Excellent team working, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade.
13. Strong client approach as well as a good attitude and disposition, willing to help and collaborate for a common goal.
