The School of Business at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (UTDT) is seeking candidates for tenure-track faculty positions in Behavioral Science at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level, with a flexible starting date between March 2025 and March 2026. Candidates with expertise in psychology, cognitive neuroscience, behavioral economics, or related areas are encouraged to apply. This position is part of a strategic initiative to develop education and research in behavioral sciences. The new B.Sc. in Behavioral Science at UTDT will commence in 2025 and is expected to grow steadily: utdt.edu/comportamiento.

Applicants must hold or be in the process of completing a PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Economics, or related disciplines at the time of application. Candidates should have a research and teaching record appropriate to their experience and be able to thrive in UTDT's research-oriented environment. The teaching load is 150 hours per year (e.g., 2.5 undergraduate courses), and applicants are expected to lecture in Spanish starting in their third year at UTDT.
