Overview

Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support transaction-focused projects including carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and rapid value creation.
  • Conduct operational due diligence, data modeling, project planning, and business improvement.
  • Own sub-sections of deal-related deliverables such as buy-side and sell-side documentation.
  • Collaborate with international teams, especially in the U.S., and report findings in real time.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Advisory, M&A, post-merger integration, or carve-out projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and within international teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
  • Understand the importance of have a correct information management
  • Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection
  • Correct Information Security Management
