We are currently hiring a transactional lawyer to join the Legal Support Team. The successful candidate may be responsible for delivery of one or more functions with a focus on specific Practice Groups and/or region.

Job Requirements:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of corporate documents with clients, including non-disclosure agreements, non-reliance letters, and joinder agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyze laws and requirements.
• Engage in other special projects, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Law Degree and admission to practice is required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn and utilize registration statement software to perform work functions
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple priorities at any given moment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple business and support groups
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Litera Workshare Compare.
