Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with a knack for getting things done? We’re seeking an Associate Business Developer to play a crucial role in supporting our global new business initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing our pitch quality, managing key projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business development operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Proposal & Deck Creation: Work closely with the Business Development Director to draft, design, and finalize high-quality, tailored Google Slides presentations and proposals for key client opportunities.
  • Opportunity Tracking: Maintain and manage the pipeline tracker (in spreadsheets/tools), ensuring all new opportunities, next steps, and follow-ups are accurately logged and up-to-date.
  • Global Project Coordination: Act as a Project Manager/Producer for strategic, global Business Development initiatives, coordinating input, timelines, and deliverables across multiple international teams (e.g., coordinating RFI responses, managing global pitch assets).
  • Process Efficiency: Support the Business Development team by streamlining and improving operational workflows, focusing on quick solutions and the effective use of productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, internal tools).
  • Information Management: Organize and maintain a central library of up-to-date case studies, credentials, and business development assets to ensure the team has readily accessible, high-impact content.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a support role within business development, sales operations, project coordination, production, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • "Get It Done" Attitude: Proven ability to proactively solve problems, quickly master new tools, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish. You should be able to solve a spreadsheet or a Google Slide and deliver results.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines concurrently, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Content & Presentation Proficiency: High proficiency in Google Slides (or equivalent) and Google Sheets (or equivalent) to create professional, accurate, and impactful documents.
  • Adaptability & Drive: Comfort working in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment, with a strong desire to learn and drive change.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse international teams.
  • Plus: Experience in a creative, marketing, or technology agency environment is a plus
Take Into Account
  • You will have to communicate with your team members abroad; therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
  • This opening requires you to be open to work approximately 2 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo.
