Jobtailor is seeking a Risk Management professional to support client teams by coordinating inquiries, reviewing submissions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will liaise across CBTS Case Managers and internal stakeholders, apply analytical methods, and help improve processes while working with shifts as needed.

Formación

• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing larger teams, prioritizing tasks, and delegating.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights.
• Graduate or postgraduate degree.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Relevant certifications considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and drive processes to completion by following up on Risk Management Consultant requests and assisting client teams
• Understand firm and regulators’ Risk Management rules and policies
• Review client-team submissions for completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness
• Liaise between client teams, Risk Management members, and firm functional areas
• Formulate answers to client questions
• Apply analytical and project management methodologies and tools
• Learn the firm structure, business strategies, service lines, and people
• Build a network within Risk Management and across the firm
• Plan and organize own work and keep stakeholders informed of status and activities
• Apply judgment to initial consultations and submission reviews
• Provide feedback to continuously improve processes
• Work independently to meet CBTS Case Manager and traveler requirements for successful business travel
• Participate in regular and ad-hoc meetings with the onshore team
• Communicate with CBTS Case Managers and the team regarding expectations, capacity, and training needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with CBTS Case Managers and operational stakeholders, including Internal Tax & Immigration Experts, Talent, and Procurement

• Any relevant certifications are an added advantage
