Job summary

Silver Tree Residential, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team in San Antonio. The role focuses on operational oversight, lease processing, collections, staff management, vendor negotiations, and HUD compliance for multi-family and senior communities.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with residents, staff, and vendors. We offer a competitive pay and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in an affordable community with HUD guidelines knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents, staff, vendors and coworkers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Community Director, oversee operation of the property including administration and maintenance.
• Assist in preparing leases and management forms; review applications, verification, move-in and recertification.
• Post collections to the property management system and maintain up-to-date data.
• Assist in hiring, managing and training staff.
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors in the property’s best interest.
• Manage HUD compliance at all levels of the property’s operation.
