• Experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• LIHTC experience is a plus.
• Strong lease, resident relations, and admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with daily property operations.
• Support leasing, resident relations, collections, and compliance.
• Oversee onsite operations in the Community Manager's absence.
• Handle rent collections and delinquency follow-up.
• Prepare weekly and monthly property reports.
• Assist with notices, legal docs, and eviction processing when needed.
• Coordinate resident events and community communications.
• Maintain accurate leasing activity and files.
