Area Business Lead
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Sales:
    • Implement Sales strategy to achieve defined targets
    • Focus on clinics, hospitals & institutional coverage
    • Ensure compliance with sales operating systems, procedures, and business policies
    • Market Development - Develop existing & explore new territories
    • Customer Focus - Provide prompt & effective service. Resolve customer issues/complaints
  2. Collections:
    • Understand and implement Credit Policy
    • Maintain effective control on collection & distributor claims
  3. Distribution:
    • Build a strong distribution network and develop the existing one for maximum profitability
    • Empanel new distributors adhering to corporate policy
    • Tap primary distribution in unplugged areas within the territory
  4. Marketing & Sales Promotion:
    • Ensure wide and deep distribution in the secondary channel
    • Participate in exhibitions, fairs, and road shows to promote products to trade/retail consumers
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Team
  5. Reporting & Administration:
    • Maintain effective accounting, primary & secondary data, MIS, and reporting systems as per norms
    • Ensure adherence to processes and discipline
  6. People Management:
    • Manage team effectively
    • Foster employee relations & support people development
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Science Graduate with proven Pharma/Sales experience; Postgraduates have an advantage
  • Minimum 5-7 years of industry experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
