PwC Argentina is seeking an Application Integrations PM in Buenos Aires to optimize project portfolios and drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation, coordinating across functions in a dynamic Acceleration Center environment.

As a Manager, you will coach teams, manage performance, and lead with integrity, leveraging Agile methodologies to deliver on time and within budget while embracing technology to enhance delivery.

Formación

  • 3+ years in a similar role within enterprise technology or programs.
  • Experience managing programs with stakeholders across functions.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, Planner, Power BI and AI productivity tools.
  • Fluent English, strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

  • Lead project management initiatives to optimize portfolios and drive outcomes.
  • Coordinate project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Apply Agile and Kanban for delivery and integration.

As an Application Integrations PM, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will coordinate various projects to validate delivery within budget and timeline, leveraging your organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will take ownership of projects, validating their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Leading project management initiatives to optimize project portfolios and drive strategic business outcomes
  • Coordinating and overseeing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful delivery
  • Utilizing Agile Methodology and Kanban for effective project management and integration
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including budgeting, scoping, and risk identification
  • Managing stakeholder engagement and fostering strong relationships to support project goals
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and enhance performance
  • Promoting business process improvement and standardization to increase efficiency
  • Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for improved project outcomes
  • Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance project delivery and team collaboration
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in constructive conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
  • Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
What You Must Have
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Enterprise technology program and project management (experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity tools)
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
