PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks an External Audit Manager to lead audit engagements and guide teams in delivering independent, high-quality assessments of financial statements and internal controls. You will collaborate with clients across a diverse portfolio and drive excellence in execution.

You will mentor junior staff, manage project planning and budgeting, and leverage innovative audit techniques to enhance client value while upholding PwC's purpose and standards.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Auditing and Accounting.
  • US CPA license or Public Accountant credential required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

As an External Audit - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information for a variety of stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and issue an auditor's report that includes the auditor's opinion.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

What You Must Have
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in: Public Accounting
  • At least 4 years of experience in Auditing and Accounting
  • At least one of the following: US Licensed CPA or Public Accountant
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
