Pacific International Lines (PIL) seeks a detail-oriented Finance Executive – AP to support Oracle GFS rollout in São Paulo or Santos, Brazil. The role focuses on Accounts Payable, cost control, intercompany flows, and tax/compliance support.

The candidate should have 3+ years in finance operations, experience with Oracle or SAP, and advanced Excel. Bilingual Spanish/English and strong organization are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, AP, cost control, accounting or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience in finance operations and ERP Oracle or SAP environments.
• Familiarity with AP, GL and Tax modules.
• Experience in accounting, tax, controlling, and external audit in shipping and logistics.
• Bilingual: Spanish native / English Advanced.
• Advanced Excel (financial analysis, reconciliations, data validation).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the configuration and functional testing of Oracle modules: AP, GL.
• Validate localization settings for taxes, invoices, vendors, and cost centers.
• Coordinate with Outsourcing or Offshore support teams to resolve AP issues.
• Support monthly closing processes, AP reconciliations, and vendor aging reports.
• Monitor cost allocation compliance; document workflows, SOPs, and testing traceability for audit readiness.
• Engage in PB1 and UAT cycles with accountability for defect resolution.
• Post-Go-Live Stabilization and training support to end-users.
• Execute operational finance tasks across AP and Reporting using Oracle GFS as main tool.
• Perform accurate month-end closings, reconciliations, and AP Subledger processing.
• Ensure tax declarations and compliance with local reporting obligations.
