Humand is seeking a remote Customer Success Operations expert to optimize revenue workflows across SaaS environments. The role focuses on CRM configuration, reporting, and data accuracy, enabling efficient sales and customer success processes.

You will configure Salesforce/HubSpot, manage billing and quoting tools, build clear documentation, and drive system adoption with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
