Mace is seeking a Service Lead in Peru to provide accountable leadership for the commission, directing pre-mobilisation readiness and ensuring a safe, efficient airport delivery team mobilisation with clear governance and interfaces. Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 years’ relevant experience in programme, project or construction management within major infrastructure or capital programmes.
• Minimum 7 years in leadership roles with accountability for multidisciplinary programme or project teams.
• Minimum 5 years of directly relevant aviation experience, including work on airport development or operational-readiness programmes.
• Demonstrable experience in a live operational airport environment and interfaces between capital works and airport operations.
• Experience leading mobilisation, governance reviews or programme assurance.
• Experience acting as the primary senior client interface on a significant consultancy or programme-management commission.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary functions such as programme management, controls, risk, stakeholder engagement, safety and operational readiness.
• Fluent/professional Spanish, with English for multilingual teams.
• Experience across multiple projects, terminals, airports or major workstreams is preferred.
• International/Latin America exposure advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Take overall accountability for the quality, timeliness and successful delivery of the commission.
• Set the direction and delivery approach for the pre-mobilisation readiness review.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities and interfaces across Mace, ADP and delivery teams.
• Lead mobilisation of Mace personnel and specialist resources.
• Facilitate engagement with authorities and permitting bodies via agreed governance.
• Present findings and decisions clearly to senior client forums.
• Lead governance reviews and define mobilisation governance.
• Define interfaces between Lima management and airport project teams.
• Ensure governance is scalable as more airports enter delivery.
• Identify gaps and resolve interface conflicts.
• Lead internal reviews of principal deliverables before submission to ADP.
• Ensure actions are tracked and completed before airport mobilisation.
