Mace, empresa global, busca un Assistant Finance Manager para gestionar la contabilidad de varias entidades, intercompany ledgers, pagos y tesorería.

El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en cuentas por pagar, informes financieros y colaboración con proveedores y equipos internacionales; la empresa ofrece horario híbrido y oportunidades de desarrollo.

Formación

• Trabajar de forma sistemática y ordenada, con iniciativa de aprender y compartir.

• Comunicación escrita y verbal clara.
• Conocimientos básicos de presupuestación, planificación y previsión.
• Conocimiento básico y experiencia en reporting y análisis.

Responsabilidades

• Gestiona cuentas por pagar y libros de intercompañía, y configura pagos para entidades internacionales.
• Gestiona y envía pagos en portales bancarios como JPM, incluidas transacciones de proveedores y nómina.
• Apoya a equipos de proyectos emitiendo facturas a clientes y gestionando cuentas por cobrar internacionales.
• Gestiona conciliaciones bancarias y soporte de tesorería.
• Proporciona informes y análisis ad-hoc a los socios de negocio de finanzas.
• Gestiona facturas de intereses de préstamos entre entidades de consultoría.
• Asiste a la sesión trimestral de comunicaciones, incluida la planificación de diapositivas en PowerPoint.
• Asiste en el mantenimiento del libro mayor y libros subsidiarios en el sistema contable.
• Colabora con firmas de contabilidad externas como Baker Tilly para apoyar con los estados financieros.
• Propone mejoras para aumentar la exactitud y eficiencia de los procesos de finanzas.
• Realiza proyectos financieros puntuales y apoya a los socios de negocio con el cierre mensual.
• Proporciona orientación y coaching a roles más junior.
• Trabaja en la transición a net zero carbon y gestiona emisiones durante la entrega.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Manages purchase ledger/intercompany ledgers and setting up payments for international entities.


• Manages and submits payments on banking portals such as JPM including supplier and payroll transactions.


• Supports project teams with raising external sales invoices to clients and managing sales ledger for international entities.


• Manages Bank reconciliations and treasury support.


• Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis supporting finance business partners.


• Manages loan interest invoices between consult entities.


• Assists and supports the quarterly comms session including the planning of PowerPoint slides.


• Assists in maintenance of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers in the accounting system.


• Collaborates with external accounting companies like Baker Tilly to support with financials.


• Proposes improvements that will increase accuracy and efficiency in the finance processes.


• Carries out Ad-hoc finance projects, supports finance business partners with month end.


• Provides guidance & coaching to more junior roles.


• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll Need To Have:

• Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way as well as being inquisitive and seek opportunities to learn and share knowledge


• Collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders, building trusting and respectful relationships.


• Can demonstrate clear, concise written and verbal communication


• Basic understanding of the budgeting, planning and forecasting.


• Basic knowledge and experience in management reporting and analysis.


• Knowledge of Oracle.
