R/GA's Studio in Argentina is seeking an Editor to shape rhythm, pacing, and the marriage of sight and sound across campaigns and brand stories, editing at the highest level while collaborating with motion designers and AI artists. You'll work with Premiere Pro, bring a strong sense of editorial craft, and help push what’s possible in moving images as AI-native storytelling evolves.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional editing experience in commercial, agency, or content production.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro; basic After Effects knowledge.
• Deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, sound design, and visual storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Cut compelling stories for broadcast, digital, and social—driven by sound design, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Collaborate with motion designers, AI artists, and creative technologists on emerging workflows.
• Engineer and refine a prompt from good to great in collaboration with the team.
• Deliver polished work on deadline without compromising craft.
