Job summary

EY in Argentina is seeking an Associate Director in Information Security to lead AI engineering initiatives, build AI agents with Claude, Python, Power Automate, and the Microsoft platform, and guide risk and policy across the function. This hands-on senior technical role drives AI output quality and security standards across global teams.

You will design, verify AI outputs, set engineering standards, work with global colleagues, and deliver secure, scalable automation for EY's programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software, automation or data engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Experience building production solutions with Claude, Claude Code and Claude Agent SDK.
• Experience designing end-to-end agentic workflows and testing for reliability.
• Strong Python and automation of document/data workflows.
• Experience with Power Platform and enterprise workflow automation (Power Automate).
• Ability to set technical standards and reusable patterns.
• Excellent English communication and global team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate AI agents and automation for recurring reporting with Claude.
• Own AI and automation roadmap, prioritizing impact and risk reduction.
• Guide Technology Assurance, Risk and Policy on AI applicability and governance.
• Establish practices for safe, compliant AI adoption across the function.
• Verify AI outputs with source data reconciliation and escalation controls.
• Set engineering standards for AI use, prompts, context, and documentation.
• Advise leadership on AI opportunities, costs and risk.
• Evaluate AI tooling developments and introduce valuable improvements.
• Build resilient, secure automation with proper logging and credential management.
• Collaborate with IT and Information Security for approvals and ongoing support.
