Jetbridge Ai is seeking a Data Migration Lead to orchestrate a global migration program for one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and manage risks to ensure a smooth transition to the target system.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, data quality, and reporting progress to senior stakeholders. English interviews and UTC-based hours apply, with 100% remote, full-time.

Formación

• Proven experience leading data migration programs at enterprise scale.
• Expertise in extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA or similar ERP migrations is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews conducted in English.

• Identify, assess and manage migration risks and issues
• Ensure a smooth and reliable transition with minimal disruption
• Report migration status and progress to senior stakeholders

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies
• Experience working in S/4HANA or similar ERP migration programs (preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English — interviews and daily work conducted in English
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
