Job summary

AMB Advisory Services is building an AI-powered M&A advisory team to serve Main Street deals, with fully remote work that overlaps New York hours. The first members will help run deals and support the engineering team in building a best-in-class tech stack.

You will prepare teasers, CIMs, and financial analyses, transform client financials into clean, normalized analyses, and run information calls with sellers in English, while training interns as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in M&A transaction services, investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and ability to read small business financials and KPI data.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare teasers, CIMs, financial analyses, and buyer materials using templates and AI tools.
• Normalize clients’ raw financials (P&Ls, tax returns, bank statements) into coherent analyses including SDE and EBITDA adjustments.
• Conduct information calls with sellers in English.
• Maintain trackers, data requests, and deal timelines; use AI tools daily and identify gaps to improve them with the engineering team.
• Mentor interns as the team grows.
