Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in clinical development.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes (Phase I-IV).
• Experience in data management, CRF design, database setup, and data cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Implement RBM strategies and risk-based monitoring processes.
• Define KRIs in study systems and ensure consistency across levels.
• Set up and test RBM systems at study level for quality.
• Review outputs for signals and action management; follow up on resolutions.
• Coordinate with Study Teams and Clinical Data Scientists to mitigate signals.
