GoFundMe, the world’s leading platform for generosity, invites master's or PhD candidates to join the Emerging Talent program in Buenos Aires. You will prototype LLM-based agents, explore multi-agent orchestration, and contribute to safe, scalable AI systems in a fast-paced research-to-production setting.

This LATAM 2027 cohort runs March 2027–August 2027, onsite three days weekly. Strong CS/AI foundations, hands-on LLMs experience, Python proficiency, and clear communication are essential.

Formación

• Pursuing a MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, NLP, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and/or agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
• Proficient in Python and familiar with modern AI tools and APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, tool use, and agent architecture patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype LLM-based agents with advanced reasoning, planning, and long-term task decomposition capabilities.
• Explore multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, and Google ADK.
• Implement agent memory architectures with Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate for persistent context.
• Integrate external APIs, internal tools, and structured data into agentic planning and execution flows.
• Help build scalable evaluation pipelines with human-in-the-loop and automated testing frameworks.
• Contribute to safety, governance, and observability tooling to embed transparency and accountability.
