GoFundMe is seeking an AI Specialist for its Early Careers Program in Buenos Aires. You will prototype LLM-based agents, explore multi-agent orchestration with LangGraph and CrewAI, and implement memory architectures for persistent context.

You'll work with a team on evaluation pipelines, safety tooling, and agent governance, applying your MS/PhD focus in CS/AI/NLP/ML in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Pursuing an MS or PhD in CS/AI/NLP/ML or related discipline.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.).
• Proficient in Python and familiar with modern AI tools and APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, tool use, and agent architecture patterns.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, research-to-prod environment with ambiguity.
• Strong writing and verbal communication; teamwork across partners at GoFundMe.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype LLM-based agents with advanced reasoning, planning and long-term task decomposition.
• Explore multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, and Google ADK.
• Implement agent memory architectures like Pinecone, ChromaDB, or Weaviate across conversations.
• Integrate external APIs, internal tools, and structured data into agentic planning flows.
• Help build scalable evaluation pipelines, including human-in-the-loop and automated testing.
• Contribute to safety, governance and observability tooling for transparent agent behavior.
