J.P. Morgan is seeking a Testing & Evaluation Analyst within Digital Document Services to advance modernized testing strategies powered by automation and AI.

You will help build scalable testing frameworks, support global stakeholders, and enhance quality through data-driven testing practices in a follow-the-sun model. In this role, you will execute automated, UAT, and regression tests, apply AI-enabled techniques to improve coverage, and collaborate across product, operations and technology

Formación

• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI or data-driven testing approaches.
• Ability to analyze data and identify testing patterns.
• Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting UAT and quality assurance activities.

Responsabilidades

• Execute automated, UAT, and regression testing using modern frameworks.
• Apply AI-enabled testing techniques to increase coverage and improve defect detection.
• Build and maintain automation scripts and reusable testing assets.
• Analyze testing data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with product, operations, and technology teams to modernize testing processes.
• Support continuous improvement of AI-driven testing capabilities.
