Clara is seeking a builder who turns automation ideas into working tools. You will create AI-powered prospecting and lifecycle automation that integrates with HubSpot, Customer.io, Amplemarket, and more.

You’ll own end-to-end tooling from onboarding to activation, shipping rapid experiments and measuring impact on pipeline and CAC payback. This is a hands-on, build-focused role in a hybrid setup across the Americas.

Formación

• 2+ years building automation, internal tools, or AI-powered products.
• Experience with workflow/automation platforms and API integration across CRM, marketing, and sales tools.
• Familiarity with CRM/lifecycle platforms such as HubSpot, Customer.io, or Salesforce.
• Ability to read/write basic scripts (Python, JavaScript) or collaborate with engineers.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; able to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bias toward shipping iterative solutions over extensive planning.

Responsabilidades

• Build AI-powered prospecting and SDR tooling to automate meeting scheduling and pipeline generation.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle automation across onboarding, activation, retention via channels like email, WhatsApp, and push.
• Design SDR-to-AE handoffs with lead scoring and routing logic to reduce admin time.
• Prototype quickly, test against real metrics, and scale what works.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Lifecycle, Data/Eng to maximize value.
• Measure impact using data on CAC payback, meetings booked, activation, and pipeline.
