Darwoft seeks a Senior Frontend / UX Engineer to join a fast-growing fintech team focused on a Digital Wallet. This frontend-first role requires delivering polished, scalable UI components and working across the stack with AI-assisted tools.

You will transform UX designs into responsive features, own end-to-end delivery, and collaborate with product and design. Remote LATAM; USD contractor payments; opportunities to modernize platform observability and design systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience building fintech applications, digital wallets, or payment platforms.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered development.
• Proven track record of building polished, production-ready user interfaces.
• Experience turning Figma designs into working applications.
• Practical experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Ability to deliver complete features across frontend and backend boundaries.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces for a Digital Wallet.
• Translate UX/UI designs into functional, responsive applications.
• Collaborate with product and design to improve user journeys and usability.
• Own features end to end, from requirements through delivery.
• Use AI-powered tools to speed up frontend and full-stack development.
• Build and maintain BFF services that support app requirements.
• Implement API integrations and backend functionality when needed.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and maintainability across the app.
• Participate in code reviews and improve development practices.
• Find ways to simplify development workflows with AI-assisted engineering.
