Job summary

Motum is looking for a detail-oriented data reviewer to join our remote team supporting a US-based AI data extraction workflow. You will review AI-generated outputs against source images, correct inaccuracies, and help improve model performance.

This entry-level role suits recent graduates or early-career contributors with strong English and typing accuracy. Work hours are 11am-8pm EST, full-time (40 hours/week) as an Independent Contractor.

Qualifications

• Able to type quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and basic office tools.
• Strong English written and verbal communication (C1).
• Experience with data entry, medical billing, annotation, or basic coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated data outputs by comparing them to original images.
• Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or incorrect extractions.
• Enter accurate corrections into the system with speed and precision.
• Use spreadsheets and internal tools to track reviews and maintain records.
• Follow defined workflows and quality standards for consistent results.
• Log recurring errors to help improve model performance over time.
• Escalate unclear cases to supervisors for clarification.
