Job summary

Helpware Inc. is seeking an AI Automation Engineer in Argentina to identify, design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations for operational teams.

This hands-on role focuses on real business workflows, not just chatbots, and requires collaboration with end users to iterate quickly and achieve measurable impact. You will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem to integrate systems and orchestrate complex workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying automations and AI agents in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Experience with API integration and workflow orchestration.
• Ability to turn real business workflows into working solutions, beyond basic chatbots.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and iterating with end users.
• Understanding of enterprise data, security, and governance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work according to US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify automation opportunities by analyzing workflows with business teams and SMEs.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows using Microsoft tools.
• Integrate systems via APIs and orchestrate workflows across platforms.
• Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate with end users.
• Translate requirements into production-ready automations.
• Ensure solutions comply with data, security, and governance standards.
• Test, monitor, and maintain deployed automations; document designs.
• Support adoption and ongoing improvement of automations.
