Job summary

AgileEngine seeks a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, craft XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified customer profiles.

You will partner with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation, ensuring high data quality and governance while mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep understanding of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Experience with data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage connections, streaming) and data integration strategies.
• Experience with identity management, profile stitching, and unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic marketing automation workflows.
• Strong communication translating marketing objectives into technical data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
• Architect and maintain XDM schemas for standardized taxonomies.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Partner with CRM & Marketing to orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
