Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data enterprise-wide. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, craft XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution that powers unified customer profiles, partnering with marketing and analytics on data ingestion and activation.

The role requires hands-on AEP experience, strong SQL, and excellent communication to translate marketing objectives into technical data architectures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with the Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep understanding of the XDM model and JSON-based schemas.
• Strong data ingestion and integration skills (REST APIs, cloud storage, streaming).
• Experience with identity management and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of marketing automation workflows.
• Excellent communication to translate marketing goals into data architectures.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Design data architectures within Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Maintain XDM schemas with standardized taxonomies across the org.
• Configure ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing to orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage audience segments for activation in marketing destinations.
• Triage data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
