Job summary

AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina, seeks a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, craft XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution for trusted, unified profiles.

Collaborating with marketing and analytics teams on data ingestion and activation, you’ll shape cross‑channel journeys, build robust data pipelines, and lead junior engineers while upholding governance and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including RTCDP and AJO.
• Deep knowledge of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Strong data ingestion experience (REST APIs, cloud storage, streaming endpoints) and data integration.
• Experience with identity management and building unified customer profiles.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of marketing automation workflows.
• Excellent communication skills to translate marketing goals into technical data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data architectures within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Architect and maintain the XDM schemas, ensuring standardized data taxonomies across the organization.
• Configure data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) from various enterprise sources into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies to build comprehensive, unified customer profiles.
• Partner with CRM and Marketing teams to build and orchestrate complex, cross-channel customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation across various marketing destinations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows, ensuring high data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams regarding AEP best practices.
