AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Data Architect specialized in the Adobe Experience Platform to unify customer data across the enterprise. You will design RTCDP and AJO solutions, create XDM schemas, and configure identity resolution to power unified customer profiles.

You will partner with marketing and analytics to ingest and activate data, ensuring governance, security, and scalable data architectures. Remote-friendly with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Architecture, MarTech, or Data Engineering.
• Hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP and AJO.
• Strong knowledge of the Experience Data Model (XDM) and JSON-based schema design.
• Experience with data ingestion (REST APIs, cloud storage, streaming) and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data architectures within AEP, focusing on RTCDP and AJO.
• Maintain the XDM schemas and standardized data taxonomies across the org.
• Configure batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines into AEP.
• Define identity resolution frameworks and merge policies for unified profiles.
• Collaborate with CRM/Marketing to orchestrate cross-channel journeys in AJO.
• Create and manage advanced audience segments within RTCDP for activation.
• Troubleshoot data flows, ensuring data quality, governance, and privacy compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on AEP best practices.
