Barbuss in Buenos Aires is seeking motivated students or recent graduates to join our Claims Team and organize surveys and inspections for various types of cargo worldwide.

You will grow professionally and contribute to our global operations by ensuring efficient and effective claims, working from our Microcentro headquarters. This role offers international exposure and the chance to handle automotive-related cases with clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Good understanding of logistics flows.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience or ability to report to high-level management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle management of operations in the automotive vertical.
• Follow up automotive cases, detect deviations and timelines.
• Own KPI reporting for the automotive business.
• Coordinate communications with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure timely case resolution and closure per client terms.

This position is based at our headquarters in Microcentro office,inCABA, Argentina.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full lifecycle management of the operations into the automotive vertical.
• Followup ofthe automotive cases detecting deviations and timelines of each activity.
• Responsible for the KPI of the automotive business.
• Responsible forthe communicationwith clients and interested parties.
• Take accountability for each case ensuring solving and closing without any delay and into the terms agreed with the clients
