About You
The Ad Ops Associate will be responsible for supporting the Ad Operations team with online advertising campaigns across Google Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads YouTube, Display and Video 360, and others as needed. The Ad Ops Associate is responsible for adhering to DEPT best practices and developing and maintaining solid Ad Operations knowledge. You will need to be quick on your feet, able to adapt to an ever changing, fast-paced environment, and handle critical tasks that enable growth for our customers.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Trafficking campaigns using Google Campaign Manager 360
- Work within digital campaign tools and platforms for implementation and QA across ad servers, tag management tools, and media platforms including: Google Campaign Manager, programmatic DSPs, direct buy partners, and YouTube
- QA assets to ensure they are within spec
- QA trafficking work in CM360 – Pull reporting to ensure your campaign has launched and the proper ads have been trafficked
- Confirm campaign launch and delivery
- Troubleshoot ad serving and tracking issues as they arise
- Take responsibility for following naming conventions and generating UTM trackable links
- Maintain a strong understanding of current partner capabilities relating to verification (brand safety, fraud, viewability)
- Pull verification reporting as part of regular campaign optimization and monitoring
- Continuously work with verification partners to help keep brand safety, fraud, and viewability numbers within benchmark throughout campaign flight
- Update and maintain blocklists, negative keyword lists at a bi-weekly cadence and ad hoc for current events
- Communicate and coordinate across internal team members daily to expedite requests submitted to the ad ops team for your assigned clients
- Contribute ideas to improve workflow processes
- Learn about developing technologies and how they can add value to our clients
You’ll need to have:
- 0-6 months experience in Ad Operations/media trafficking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to prioritize to deliver multiple tasks on time
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients
- Ability to handle changing priorities

Take into account
- You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role
- This opening requires you to be open to work approximately 2-3 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo
