Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking an Actuarial Services - Senior Associate to analyze and manage financial risks for clients through statistical modeling and data analysis. You will mentor junior staff, lead workstreams, and build client connections across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services.

In this role you will apply actuarial methods to develop insights, review deliverables, and maintain high professional standards across engagements while growing technical skills

Qualifications

• Graduated or pursuing Actuarial Science degree with at least 80% of University Degree completed.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client risk exposures through actuarial modeling, statistical analysis, and financial data review.
• Developing and validating risk models that support forecasting, pricing, reserving, and capital planning activities.
• Interpreting model outputs and translating results into clear recommendations for client decisions and controls.
• Applying actuarial methods, statistical software, and data mining techniques to solve complex technical problems.
• Reviewing assumptions, source data, and model inputs to identify issues and improve analytical accuracy.
• Supporting client engagements by organizing workstreams, tracking deliverables, and responding to changing priorities.
• Communicating findings in presentations and written materials tailored to client needs and business context.
• Monitoring regulatory and professional requirements that affect actuarial analyses and risk reporting.

As an Actuarial Services - Senior Associate you will analyze and manage financial risks for clients through statistical modeling and data analysis within our Risk and Compliance practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client connections while developing deeper business context and strengthening your technical skills.

In this role at PwC, you will use actuarial methods to develop insights and recommendations that support client decision-making and risk management. You will also help review deliverables, interpret feedback, and navigate changing priorities while maintaining professional and technical standards across client service engagements.

What You Must Have

• G raduated or pursuing Actuarial Science degree with at least 80% of University Degree completed
