Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking an Actuarial Services - Experienced Associate to analyze and manage client financial risks through statistical modeling and data analysis. You will contribute to client engagements in Risk and Compliance within the Assurance practice, building relationships and growing technical knowledge in actuarial methods and firm resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Mathematics with at least 65% completed.
• English proficiency (oral and written) required.
• At least 1 year in actuarial/insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage financial risks through statistical modeling and data analysis.
• Develop insights and recommendations to help clients make informed decisions.
• Utilize actuarial science and financial modeling to support risk management strategies.
• Implement risk models and conduct complex data analysis to identify potential risks.
• Present financial reports and findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team to enhance internal controls and mitigate risks.
• Apply statistical analysis software to identify patterns and trends in data.
• Engage in strategic forecasting to anticipate future financial scenarios.
• Gather information from diverse sources to support comprehensive risk analysis.
• Build commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive value.
• Ensure Information Security Management practices are followed.
