Responsibilities include planning and coordinating activities that support the residents' emotional and physical well-being. Ideal candidates will have a passionate customer service personality and preferably some experience in event planning or recreational services.

Position

The Legacy at Santa Fe is looking for an experienced Activities Assistant / Life Enrichment partner.

Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in supporting our residents' emotional, mental and physical health. In this role you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being. You should have a welcoming and superior customer service personality that loves to bring joy to others.

The salary range for this position is $16.50 to $20.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
