Job summary

Ceva Animal Health in Buenos Aires seeks an Accountant to manage invoice authorization through POs, entry accounting data, and perform reconciliations to ensure timely, accurate operations. You will prepare documentation for tax audits and ensure payments meet local terms, contributing to reliable financial processes.

The role requires a university degree in accounting or related fields, strong Excel, data management skills, and and an intermediate English level is desirable for international

• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills.
• Data management skills and proficiency in relevant tools.
• Intermediate English (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper authorization of invoices through purchase orders.
• Prepare and submit accounting transaction data in line with local regulations.
• Perform first-level data reconciliations to ensure accuracy, timeliness of accounting operations.
• Prepare relevant documentation for tax audits.
• Perform reconciliations of defined accounting positions.
• Ensure compliance with payment terms in accordance with local regulations.
