Gi Group Argentina is seeking an Account Support Director to oversee the financial flow across projects, ensure proper pricing, and manage engagement codes in SAP. The role involves coordinating with US teams to resolve financial issues and improve processes, while leading the LATAM finance group to maintain profitability and efficiency.

The position focuses on accurate invoicing, timely collections, and ensuring adherence to contracts and internal policies.

• Manage creation and management of engagement codes (E-Codes) in SAP, ensuring billing terms are correct.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations.
• Oversee invoicing and collections, ensuring invoices are issued and collected on time.
• Collaborate with the US teams, acting as a key point of contact to resolve financial issues and optimize processes.
• Review and approve invoicing adjustments and reversals, ensuring alignment with contracts and internal policies.
• Lead and develop the LATAM team, promoting operational efficiency and continuous improvements in financial processes.
• Ensure invoices are correct and collections occur on time, minimizing errors and protecting profitability.
• Lead and manage the financial team to ensure the correct fulfillment of objectives.

We are looking for an Account Support Director for our important client who offers accounting consultancy services

This team is responsible for managing the entire client financial process, from price planning to invoicing and collections, ensuring that each stage is efficient and error-free.

Main responsibilities of the position:

Oversee and manage the financial flow of projects, ensuring that each engagement has correct pricing and is aligned with company policies.

Manage the creation and management of engagement codes (E-Codes) in SAP, ensuring that billing terms are appropriate.

Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations

Oversee the invoicing and collections process, ensuring that invoices are issued correctly, delivered to clients, and collected in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the US teams, acting as a key point of contact to resolve financial issues and optimize processes.

Review and approve invoicing adjustments and reversals, ensuring that any corrections are aligned with contracts and internal policies.

Lead and develop the LATAM team, ensuring operational efficiency and promoting continuous improvements in financial processes
