EPAM Systems seeks a Chief Finance Consultant (Accounting and Tax LATAM) to lead accounting and tax oversight for Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Brazil. You will participate in cash forecasting, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and audit support across multiple countries.

The role requires a strong regional finance background, stakeholder interaction across a multicultural environment, and leadership experience. Fluency in English (B2+) is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience or a track record in similar positions.
• No less than 2 years of leadership and team management experience.
• Hands-on experience in regional accounting and tax management.
• Practical experience with cash forecasting, annual taxes, transfer pricing, and audits.
• Fluent English communication skills at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

The position will be responsible for the accounting and tax oversight of Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and Brazil, actively participating in cash forecasting, tax compliance, transfer pricing, and audits. We are looking for professionals with solid experience in regional finance, an analytical approach, and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
