Overview
As an Account Director, this role is responsible for the effective management and delivery of large, complex projects, ensuring the best creative solutions are achieved in the most efficient, imaginable and profitable way. A main responsibility for this role is supporting the Account Director whilst building a strong platform for growth. You must understand how to balance the flexibility required of the agency, alongside the strong organizational skills which our clients expect. You will be responsible for managing projects internally across the various Conway+ divisions, whilst working closely with clients to understand their business and objectives.
Role + Responsibilities
- Define the approach and scope of various real estate and hospitality projects (goals, deliverables, schedule). You will be responsible for the planning, kick-off, execution and delivery of all allocated projects.
- Liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements
- Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve requirements into clear sets of deliverables
- Serve as primary internal project contact, overseeing the project's progress and managing expectations
- Keep projects on track through clear task management, status reports, workflows and meeting minutes.
- Ensure delivery of all projects is done on time, on budget and of the highest quality
- Clearly communicate client's objectives with the Conway+ teams and drive development of timely solutions
- Regular upward communication to the Account Director for both client and internal team satisfaction
- Translate briefs into clear direction for the team
- Ensure all team members are meeting expectations required, working with the Account Director to improve performance where appropriate
- Recommend and implement initiatives that will improve overall workflow and client services
- Ensure adequate resource is planned and booked, overseeing the team pipeline in daily morning meetings
- Accurately capture client feedback, whilst delegating and overseeing the team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Prepare and deliver estimates, scope of work proposals and production logistics when necessary
- Support with financial forecasting and P&L management to ensure profitability and healthy growth
- Provide strategic support to enable the client to meet their business objectives
- Manage third party collaborators/vendors

Key Characteristics & Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and passionate about client care
- Confident and clear written and verbal communicator; ability to communicate with senior level management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various internal divisions and teams
- Highly organized and able to react and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Exceptional eye for detail: words, visuals and numbers
- Passionate about great design with the ability to understand and communicate the process
- Commercially-minded and a diplomatic negotiator
- Proactive with the ability to work independently
- Able to supervise and motivate the team whilst offering creative problem-solving
- Ability to present new business pitches
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 10 years of agency experience
