Softgic is seeking a Manual QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience to ensure quality across web, mobile, and back-end systems. You will perform functional testing, API validation, and data integrity checks, producing detailed defect analyses and robust test artifacts.

The role emphasizes manual testing, test planning, data validation, and collaboration with Development and Product teams to reduce risk and improve product quality.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Manual QA and testing of web, mobile and back-end systems.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Hands-on API testing and ability to run SQL queries for data validation.
• Strong bug documentation with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
• Familiarity with cross-browser, cross-device, and cross-platform testing.

• API Testing: Postman or Bruno
• Database: SQL & Data Integrity Validation

• Bug Tracking: JIRA, QMetry, Zephyr, or TestRail
