We are currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist for our UAE operations. Below are the required skills, experience, and terms & conditions:

1. Advanced knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques (regression, decision trees, clustering, neural networks, etc.)
2. Knowledge of additional programming languages (Python, C, Java) is a plus
3. Strong problem-solving and quantitative skills, with intellectual curiosity, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
4. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire others, build relationships, and create a followership; results-driven and achievement-oriented
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying analytical and technical content clearly and understandably

1. Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; an advanced degree is a strong plus
2. 8-10 years of hands-on experience in mathematical modeling within a business environment
3. Proven experience working with large datasets and relational databases (SQL)
4. Strong knowledge of one or more data science or decision science domains (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, explainable AI, econometrics, deep learning, NLP, time series forecasting, deployment, causal inference, uplift modeling, optimization)
5. Ability to articulate analytic processes from start to finish within your area of expertise
