Job summary

A leading group in technology solutions in Dubai is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to implement and optimize banking technology solutions. The ideal candidate will manage projects, support software deployment, and troubleshoot complex issues. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields, with 3-4 years of experience in the banking technology domain. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in the banking or BFSI technology domain.
  • Strong understanding of banking applications, ATMs, and self-service terminals.
  • Experience with software deployment, configuration, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, customize, and troubleshoot banking applications.
  • Support Proof of Concept (POC) for new products and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on escalated issues and provide permanent resolutions.
