Qualifications

  • 3+ years of engineering experience across stacks.
  • 2+ years managing engineers in product teams.
  • Proven success leading delivery on live customer-facing products.
  • Strong instincts around quality, velocity, and team health.
  • Experience building or improving systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Direct and constructive communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Run regular 1:1s to support growth and resolve blockers.
  • Work closely with Product to define and plan roadmap work.
  • Improve team workflows and developer experience.
