Qualifications

  • 15+ years in technical operations leadership, preferably in large-scale industrial/manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop technical teams, including engineering, utilities, and production support.
  • Oversee Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Focused Improvement (FI), and Daily Direction Setting (DDS) systems.
  • Ensure compliance with equipment standards, technical specifications, and global best practices.
  • Manage utilities systems to deliver sustainable, efficient operations.
  • Develop the organization’s technical capability through structured training and mentoring.

Skills

Deep expertise in maintenance systems Integrated Work System (IWS)
Strong knowledge of utilities and equipment standards
Proven track record in cost optimization and reliability improvement
Leadership in technical team development and organizational capability building

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent

Tools

SAP PM or equivalent CMMS
